Itinerary for 2019/20 season (pre-programme, 5 days):
Day 1: San Jose
Overnight at hotel in San Jose, incl. breakfast
Day 2: San Jose/Quepos (Manuel Antonio)
Transfer with a hotel shuttle bus service from your hotel in San Jose to Parador Resort & Spa.
After arrival at the Parador Resort & Spa, spend time at your leisure or join an optional tour that can be booked and paid at the tour desk in the hotel.
You have a choice of hiking, an adventure tour or ocean tours to explore Manuel Antonio National Park and surroundings. The hotel is modelled after the traditional Spanish “paradores”. It offers all the expected amenities of a deluxe resort, with European refinement and a warm tropical touch. The hotel is surrounded by 12 acres of wildlife-rich tropical rainforest with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio. Lunch and dinner are on your own.
Day 3-4: Parador Resort & Spa
After breakfast enjoy a day at leisure or choose one of the optional tours, that are offered at the Tour Desk at the hotel.
Manuel Antonio offers the extraordinary scenery and some of the most exotic and beautiful flora and fauna in the hemisphere. Explore the area and choose from sedate nature walks to adrenaline-pumping adventures, certified professional bilingual guides will ensure you have an unforgettable experience. Lunch and dinner are on your own.
Day 5: Quepos (Manuel Antonio)/Puntarenas
Breakfast at the hotel. A guided transfer will take you along the Pacific Ocean to Puntarenas (transfer time is approx. 2 hours). Embarkation in the afternoon.
