On this tour you will be transported into the Advent Valley and up to the Mine 7 mountain, Breinosa. Up here we will see the massive EISCAT antennae, which are used to study the Earth’s atmosphere, including the phenomenon known commonly as the northern lights – the aurora borealis! After enjoying the views we will head down to our northern lights base, Camp Barentz, where we will continue the hunt for the aurora. Here we will also be able to enjoy warm drinks and snacks, as well as gaining an insight into how the lights are formed from our knowledgeable host.
