Take advantage of Norway’s long summer days by hiking across Scandinavian landscapes by the light of the Midnight Sun. The extra hours of sunlight will likely kindle a passion for exploring the beautiful landscapes before you. This connection with nature is often referred to by Norwegians as “friluftsliv”, meaning “outdoor life”.
The Hiking Pass gives you an opportunity to pick four hikes out of a total of seven hikes, which take place at different locations and days of a 12-day Classic Round Voyage. If four hikes are too few or too many for you, you can also buy single hike passes on board.
You’ll go ashore in small groups and be led on trails by a Coastal Guide. See Norway through their eyes and enjoy learning about a variety of subjects. If time allows, your guide might set up a little campfire where you can share a hot drink while basking in the beautiful scenery all around you.
