At the museum, you are able to see how and why Hurtigruten was created with in depth artifacts. You are able to view the different ships through the history, including ships that were sailing during World War II.
See how the ships were made, the crew on each ship and what life was like onboard during the rougher times at sea. You can also see what goals Hurtigruten set out to achieve 100 years ago and what the goals are for the next 100 years. In addition to this, you will also get to view the old MS Finnmarken who has now been retired for almost 20 years.
