series of on board concerts and lectures.
Enjoy themes and music performed by pianist Rune Alver and lecturer Eilif B. Løtveit and of course you will also have the chance to sample our selection of excursions and explore Norway’s fascinating coastal communities.
On board musician - Rune Alver
Educated at Bergen Music Conservatory and at the Norwegian State Academy of Music in Oslo, a soloist with several symphony orchestras, Rune has also contributed to the Bergen International Music Festival, the Festival of North Norway and has given concerts all over Europe. He has also played at the Grieg estate at Troldhaugen.
On board lecturer - Eilif Løtveit
Eilif Løtveit has been connected with the Troldhaugen Estate for the past 35 years, organising public concerts and the summer concert festival. A regular organiser for the Bergen International Festival’s concerts in
Troldhaugen, Eilif is the perfect companion to accompany us on our voyage
