The Hurtigruten fleet consists of sixteen ships with eleven operating along the coast of Norway at any one time and many also operate further afield, in Antarctica, Greenland and Spitsbergen.
From our Norwegian roots, the ships are purpose built for the waters they operate in, weaving close to the shore past magnificent scenery, taking us close to the heart of coastal life. The ships vary depending upon their size and age, and all come with their own individual style and character. On board, large comfortable panoramic lounges are complemented by bars, and a restaurant serving celebrated cuisine, and relaxation is the order of the day.
Many of our travellers have a favourite ship, or style of vessel, which they come back to time and time again, and our regular departures and varied voyages make it possible to choose exactly which ship you join - whether it is the comfortable, modern MS Trollfjord, or a more traditional vessel such as the MS Lofoten.
