The world renowned Munch Museum contains a staggering collection of some of the most famous works of Norway’s most revered artist, whilst the Vigeland Sculpture Park presents a unique way to spend some time wandering amongst the more than 200 bronze, granite and cast iron sculptures that make up a remarkable testament to the life’s work of Gustav Vigeland.
Aside from its numerous cultural highlights Oslo’s temperate climate and long summer days makes this vibrant city a delight for those looking for a European city with a difference. An expansive range of bars, restaurants and cafes, the abundant shopping choices along Karl Johans Gate and a bustling waterfront makes this one of Northern Europe’s most attractive destination cities.
